Leaderboards inside of LeaguePals are seasonal.

Because leaderboards are currently seasonal, there is not a way to restart them within the same league. If you would like to restart leaderboards between splits of a league, you would need to quickly build the league again using the Duplicate League feature and setup the new league schedule for the next split.
