League Manager Checklist

1. Send Rosters to Front Desk

2. Open league on lanes for bowling

3. Export Scores from scoring system (if necessary)

4. Monitor LeaguePals Notification Center for pending actions on scoring processing

New League Checklist

Before a league starts, it is good practice to validate the league is setup and ready to go for night #1

 

1. Validate League Rules

• Edit League -> General, Scoring, Prize Fund, Misc tabs

 

2. Validate League Accounting

• Edit League -> Accounting tab

• Review Payment Schedule

 

3. Validate Teams & Rosters on Manage Teams page

 

4. Validate Lane Schedule

 

5. Send Rosters to Front Desk

 

6. Link the league to your scoring system (if necessary)

 

7. Test opening league on the lanes for bowling
